CT Tech

Overview

Travel/contract role in Paris, Tennessee
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Unit/coverage: CT and XR
Shift: Day, 2x12 hours, 7:00 AM–11:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday
No call
Holiday/weekend requirement applies only if a holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday
Locals and first-time travelers are accepted at the same rate

Required Qualifications

CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT)
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
IV competency
CTA (CT Angiography) work
X-ray per WTH-HC protocols experience
Experience with Epic
1 year of CT Technologist experience
Ability to cover CT and XR independently if staffing is limited

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of CT experience

Clinical Skills / Experience

Knowledge of IV competency
CTA work
Xray portable
Xray per protocol

Compliance / Health Requirements

Flu exemptions are not accepted
COVID vaccination or medical/religious exemption required prior to start
Negative TB testing or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
N95 fit test required within 1 year of start
Drug test required within 30 days of start
TB questionnaire required
Proof of 2 clinical references
Complete application/resume required

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
