CT Tech

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Tualatin, Oregon
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Shift: Friday-Sunday, 2:00 PM–2:30 AM
Call: None
Start date: ASAP, any Monday
Contract length: 13 weeks
Float expectation: required to float within the site and across the system; refusal to float as requested will result in cancellation

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
ARRT (CT)
OBMI
Toshiba/Canon equipment experience

Additional Requirements

Must complete any assigned education within one week of assignment
Criminal background check required
2 professional references required
Competency exam required for all clinical candidates
Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
Tdap within 10 years of start, or signed declination
Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year prior to start
TB questionnaire required annually
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, COVID, and respirator clearance documentation required per source policy
Drug screen within 12 months of start
Radiation badge required

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
