MS/Tele Float RN

Overview

• Travel/contract RN assignment
• Start date: 10/12
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Night shift, 3x12s, 19:00–07:30
• Ratios: 1:4–5
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Floating: may float within scope to meet facility needs
• Locals accepted
• Pending license accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Orthopedics experience
• Neuro ICU experience
• Stroke experience
• Cardiology experience
• Experience with Epic

Preferred

• Manager prefers to avoid travel pairs

Unit / Setting

• Acute care float pool covering acute care and telemetry units, including Behavioral Health and Respite
• Experience with Ortho/Neuro-Stroke and Cardiac Tele is noted for the float pool
• Split 12-hour shifts may be divided into 8 hours in one area and 4 hours in another area

Additional Notes

• Epic charting
• Any solid color scrubs; light blue scrubs also provided on unit
• On-site parking is available for a fee
