NICU Respiratory - RRT
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Allentown, Pennsylvania
- 13-week assignment
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3x12s
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
- No on-call requirement
- 40-bed NICU
- Traveler will work in both neonatal and pediatrics, depending on need
- Scrubs provided
Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
- Pennsylvania Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License
- RRT
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Experience working with Neonate or Pediatric patients
- Pennsylvania Fingerprints
- PA State Exclusions Check
- PA Child Abuse Search
- PA FBI Fingerprint Clearance
- Background check covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- Minimum of 2 professional references from employment within 12 months of start
- Employment application with 7 years of complete work history, including explanations for gaps over 90 days
- Physical exam within 2 months of start
- COVID vaccine or facility-specific declination
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption
- Drug screen within 60 days prior to start
- Fit mask clearance
- RespSafety clearance
- Hepatitis B immunity or completed vaccine series
- Varicella immunity or 2 vaccines
- Rubeola immunity or 2 vaccines
- Mumps immunity or 2 vaccines
- Rubella immunity or 2 vaccines
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray
