Required Qualifications

Experience: CT Technologist with 2 years of experience
Recent experience: CT Technologist experience within the last year
Certifications: BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association, ARRT (CT)
License: Valid CT Technologist license in Wisconsin
Prior travel experience: One completed travel assignment

Additional Requirements

7-year background check required within 1 year of start, including SS, Trace, County searches for the last 7 years of locations lived/worked/in school, Nationwide, and Sex Offender searches
Wisconsin Caregiver Search Results required within 90 days of start
2 professional references verified within 2 years of start
Photo for badge required
Confidentiality statement required prior to start
Physical exam required within 1 year of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
Drug testing required within 14 days of start
Flu vaccination or exemption required during flu season
Skills checklist required annually
Competency exam required as applicable to profession/specialty
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable to profession

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
