Description
CRT
Role Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Bridgeport, Connecticut
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 26-week assignment; 13 weeks accepted
- 36 hours per week
- Short term acute care hospital with 426 staffed beds
- Level II Trauma Center
- Floating expected between Bridgeport Hospital and Milford campuses, with rotation through all areas of the hospital including NICU and Pediatric units
- Every other weekend and holidays as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Connecticut
- Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience working with Level 2 Trauma patients
- Level II Trauma experience
- Draeger ventilator experience
Preferred Qualifications
- NICU experience

- May be asked to orientate students or new hires if needed
- Charting system: EPIC
