Cath Lab Tech
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Carmel, Indiana
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
- Call required: minimum 2 days a week and every 3rd weekend
- First-time travelers are not accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Indiana
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
Procedures / Clinical Work
- Cardiac: LHC, RHC, balloon pumps, temp pacer, perm pacer/defib, pericardial effusion, STEMI call
- IR: venous access, drains placement, GI tube insertion, PE, DVTs, TIPS, PV, fistula work, UFEs, prostate embos, GI/Post Partum/other internal bleeds

Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 2 references from recent employment
- Employment application must be current and include work history; any gap of 30 days or more must be explained
- Skills checklist required within 12 months of start and annually
- Background check, license verification, education verification, and facility onboarding documents are required
- Health screening and immunization documentation are required, including TB, drug screen, flu documentation, MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, and color blind testing
