Description

MFM Diagnostic Sonographer

Overview

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Location: Saint Cloud, Minnesota
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Schedule: Day shift, 4x8 hours, 32 hours/week
Shift times: 7:00–15:30 or 7:30–16:00
Weekend requirement: Approximately 1 weekend every 4 to 6 weeks
Caseload: 45 visits/day
Float scope: May float between Saint Cloud Hospital and Plaza

Required Qualifications

Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience with 2 years of experience
Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ARDMS
RVT
Completion of a two-year Allied Health education program, or an Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited ultrasound program, or a bachelor's degree
Experience with vascular ultrasound
Arterial ultrasounds to include bypass grafts and stents experience
Vascular Sonographer experience

Preferred Qualifications

Multiple ARDMS specialties preferred

Additional Notes

First-timers are not accepted
On-call is not required
Local candidates are not accepted within 50 miles of either Saint Cloud Hospital or CentraCare Plaza
Finalized RTO must be included with submission
No RTO within the first week of the start date
No more than 10 days of RTO per assignment

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
