Required Qualifications

Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in Indiana
RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (2 years of experience)
RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Government-issued photo ID
Background check completed within 30 days of start, including SSN Trace, Counties, National Criminal, and National Sex Offender search
EPLS/GSA/SAM annually
HHS/OIG annually
Tech Cert Verification - National
State License 1 Verification
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
Competency Exam, as applicable to profession/specialty
IT Access SOAR Form
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Respirator fit test within 3 months of start and annually
Tdap vaccine or declination
Negative 2 Step PPD, Qgold, or Tspot within 3 months of start, or clear chest X-ray within 1 year of start if past positive
Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella immunity by positive titer or 2 vaccines
Hepatitis B titer or declination
5-panel or more drug screen within 30 days of start
Flu vaccination during flu season (Oct-April)
2 references within 3 years of start

Identifies nutrition problems, develops evidence-based nutrition care plans, and ensures accurate clinical documentation
Collaborates with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, case management, and other clinical disciplines
Focuses on nutrition support for medically complex patients, malnutrition identification and documentation, and timely intervention for patients at nutritional risk

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
