Cath Lab Tech
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Washington, District of Columbia
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 40 hours per week
- No call, no weekends, and no major holidays
- Staffing ratio: 1:5
- Work setting: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab
- Patient population: Adults and Geriatrics
- Patient diagnoses include CAD, PVD, and Cancer
Required Qualifications
- Cath Lab Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT (CI) or ARRT (VI) or CCI RCIS
- Driver's License
- Experience with diagnostic catheterizations adult
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring
- Experience with left and right heart catheterization
- Experience with permanent pacemaker insertion
- Experience with temporary pacemaker
- Experience with insertion/programming of AICDs
- Experience with angioplasty
- Experience with aortography
- Experience with pelvic angiography
- Experience with pulmonary arteriography

- Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult
