Nuclear Medicine Tech

Overview

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Location: Somerville, New Jersey

Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
Hours per week: 40

Role Summary

Need to be familiar with and able to perform Nuc med procedures and Nuclear Cardiology procedures.
Open to 1st time traveler.
Must be able to work independently and under the direction of the lead Nuclear med technologist.
Based in a 2-room Nuclear Medicine/Cardiology setting.

Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in New Jersey
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (2 years of experience)
Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year

Preferred Qualifications

ARRT N
CNMT
Experience with Fusion/PET is a plus

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
