MS/Tele RN

Overview

Travel/Contract RN role in Attleboro, Massachusetts
Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
48 hours per week
13-week contract
First-time travelers are accepted
Every other weekend coverage required
Traveler may work in 2 different units during a 12-hour shift depending on need

Unit / Setting

Medical, surgical, observation, and telemetry units
Overflow is based out of McCann

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience working with Cardiac patients
Experience with cardiac or critical care drips

Additional Notes

Documentation system: Cerner
Med Surg overflow includes Nurses, PCA’s, and OA’s
Avasure video monitoring is used for up to 12 patients

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
