Overview

Travel assignment in Oro Valley, Arizona
13-week contract
36 hours per week
Shift: 4/10s, 7:30p–6:00a, Wednesday–Saturday

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Arizona
CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (CT)
Graduation from an accredited AMA school
Experience with IV contrast injection

Responsibilities

Provide timely diagnostic services to inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
Process CT system studies, including those with or without contrast media
Perform surgical/sterile procedures and work with cross-sectional anatomy
Perform CT scans, inject contrast, complete exams, use PACS and EMR, provide patient care, and transport patients

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
