Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
- Night shift, 3x12 hours: 18:30–07:00
- Every other weekend rotation and some holidays
- Long-term care setting
- Night shift RN may assume charge duties and could be the only RN in the facility
Unit / Staffing
- 1 RN per hall
- Med tech per hall
- CNA ratio: 1:8–10 on days and 1:20 on nights
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Skilled Nursing (1 year of experience)
- Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
- Experience in a Long Term Care setting
Required Clinical Practices
- Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR)
- AIDET
- Hourly rounding
