Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Every other weekend rotation and some holidays
- Long-term care setting
- Staffing noted: 1 RN per hall; med tech per hall; CNA ratio 1:8-10 on days and 1:20 on nights
- Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), AIDET, and hourly rounding are required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Long Term Care experience within the last year
- 1 year of Long Term Care experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association

- 13 weeks
