Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Cape Girardeau, Missouri
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• 75-mile radius rule applies

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Rehabilitation (2 years of experience)
• Rehabilitation experience within the last year
• Experience in a(n) Inpatient Rehab setting
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Permanent license in hand required with submission; temporary licenses are not accepted
• 2 professional references
• Employment application

Required Credentials and Compliance

• ACLS
• PALS
• NRP
• State license verification within 30 days of start
• NURSYS verification within 30 days of start
• Background check, including 7-year criminal check and all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 60 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 60 days of start
• Missouri state-specific search within 60 days of start
• Education verification of highest level
• Photo for badge
• Influenza verification form
• E-learning completion and transcript
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Mask fit test within 12 months of start
• Negative TB screening or chest x-ray within 1 year of start
• TB questionnaire
• Rubeola, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption documentation for the current flu season
• Skills checklist 1
• Missouri MO EDL search results within 60 days of start

Other Required Testing

• Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
• Color blind testing
• Competency exam, as applicable to profession/specialty
• Tech Cert Verification - National, if applicable

Notes

• EPIC Pass/Fail testing is administered onsite
• Only the “New Colleague (External Traveler) E-Learning” module must be completed prior to start; remaining modules are due by the end of the first week
