OB RN

Location

Salmon, Idaho

Role Summary

Obstetrics Unit RN providing care for expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
When the Obstetrics unit has no active patients, the RN will be assigned to Med/Surg.

Schedule

36 hours per week
Shift: 1700 - 0530
May work weekends, holidays, and shift rotations as needed

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in Idaho
Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
Experience working with Neonate patients
Post Partum experience
BLS
NRP
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
PALS upon hire or within 1 year of employment

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Notes

No local candidates within a 120-mile radius
Up to 36 hours of call off per 13-week assignment

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
