Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Evening, 4x10 hours, 14:00–00:30
Schedule: Monday–Thursday; 2 weekend call shifts per month, 12 hours each
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 1.5 years of CT Technologist experience
• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check prior to start
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• State license verification
• Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 6 months of start
• 10-panel drug screen
• 2 references within 1 year of start
• 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
• BCI and FBI fingerprinting within 12 months of start
• Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation

Additional Notes

• The assignment is for CT Tech in Radiology / Cardiology.
• Education verification is required for all candidates.
• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks are required.
• Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption is required during flu season.
