Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Mayfield Heights, Ohio
13-week contract
Day shift: 3x12 hours, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1.5 years of CT Technologist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried while on assignment
Background check required prior to start
EPLS/GSA/SAM required monthly
HHS/OIG required monthly
FBI and BCI fingerprinting required within 12 months of start and updated annually
Education verification required
State license verification required within 30 days of start
Unit-specific competency exam required within 12 months of start and updated annually
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask required within 12 months of start and updated annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 6 months of start
TB questionnaire required if there is a history of past positive TB testing
10-panel drug screen required and must be updated annually
Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
2 references required within 1 year of start
Application must include 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
