Valid RN license in New Mexico
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (5 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
CPI
NIHSS
NRP

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting
Triage safely, rapidly, and accurately
Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs and factors influencing patient flow
Communicate with Emergency Department physicians about changes in patient status, symptomatology, and diagnostic study results
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
May include occasional charge shifts

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
