Description
ICU Registered Nurse
Assignment Overview
- 13-week contract
- 12-hour rotating shifts: days/nights, rotating in 4-week blocks
- Weekly start dates on Mondays
- Every other weekend required
- No Christmas time off will be approved
- Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly
Required Qualifications
- BLS-AHA
- Must be separated from BILH for a minimum of 6 months to be considered
- Level 1 trauma experience is required if there is no prior travel experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS-AHA
- NIHSS
- Level 1 trauma experience
Float / Coverage
- May float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units
- Floating occurs in 4-hour blocks while on shift
Unit Details
- Ratios: 1:4-6
Additional Information
- Day one pass/fail testing will be administered
- Relias practice tests will be available via Relias
- BILH coversheet required at time of submission
- Interview services team will call for IVS review prior to sending to manager
