PT Inpatient Rehab

Overview

• Setting: Critical Access Hospital with outpatient/inpatient, home visits, and swing bed program
• Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
• Hours: 34–40 per week depending on census or case load
• Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend
• On-call: Not required
• Floating: No floating to sister facilities
• Locals: Accepted

Role Summary

• PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence.
• The role works across acute, outpatient, and/or long-term care settings.
• The unit keeps most PT workload in one area when possible, but flexibility is needed to cover other areas as staffing needs change.
• New grads may be considered.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Montana
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
