Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Greensburg, Pennsylvania
• 12-hour night shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Patient ratio: 1:6
• 17-week contract
• First timers accepted
• Locals not accepted
• Float within scope as needed to meet facility needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

• Block scheduling may be accommodated with manager approval, depending on unit needs
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission and is subject to unit needs

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Emergency contact form before start
• Background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
• Fingerprinting and Pennsylvania state clearances before start
• Education verification within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 12 months and updated annually
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray before start
• TB questionnaire annually for past positive TB
• Rubeola, Mumps, and Rubella documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• COVID vaccination or declination
• 1 supervisor reference
• Employment application with 7 years of work history or from graduation date
