Role
- Behavioral Health unit travel/contract RN assignment
Location
- Ashtabula, Ohio
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Night shifts available: 3x8 hours or 3x12 hours
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Psychiatric experience with 2 years of experience
- Psychiatric experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Crisis Intervention Certificate
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an acute care setting
- Experience with Epic

Additional Requirements
- 2 references within 1 year of start from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Background check prior to start
- Education verification
- BCI and FBI fingerprinting within 12 months of start
- Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement annually
- Unit-specific competency exam within 12 months of start
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam as applicable by profession
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit test on site during first day of orientation
- Tdap vaccine every 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray, as applicable
- TB questionnaire annually
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunization documentation or acceptable titers/declinations as stated
- Standard 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption year round
- Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation
Notes
- Candidates must complete all online training modules before clearance to start
- Facility provides 4 hours of module time; additional module time is at the traveler’s expense
