Facility Name: Highland Springs

Floor: All Units
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Registered Nurse
• Specialty: Psych
• Shift: Nights
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed.
• Call Requirements: None.
• Required Certifications: BLS, HWC
• Years of Experience: 1 year of nursing experience
• Float Requirements: All staff go to all 3 units as needed, no one assigned unit

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 24
• Patient Ratios: 1:4

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Serves all ages 18-99.

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Previous BH experience, recognize mental health as an illness!
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Previous psych/detox experience
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: detox, depression, psychosis
• Personality Fit: Unbothered by patients comments, compassionate about mental health. Ability to be proactive during down times

• Required Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in OH.
