Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Holyoke, Massachusetts
- Start ASAP
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 11:00 to 23:00
- 36 hours per week
- The role is for 4x12 mids, and 3x12 candidates are also considered
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
- Pass/Fail Testing must be completed before orientation and passed
- CPI training will be provided on site
- MA Statewide (iCORI) Release
- Massachusetts Statewide iCORI Clearance (Attestation)
- Background Check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- Massachusetts - MA Nurse Aide Registry Search
- Drivers License/State ID
- Physical Exam
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
- TB Questionnaire
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B
