Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Nights)

Overview

Temp assignment in Robbinsdale, Minnesota
13-week contract
Night shift, 8 hours per day

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Minnesota
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
3 years of Med Surg experience
Med Surg experience within the last year
Trauma experience
Experience with Epic
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience working with Adult patients
Experience working with Geriatric patients
Work history
Skills checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
2 supervisory references with dates employed listed
Must list prior work history with North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Hospital, and/or Blaze Health LLC on the resume
MN DHS Net Study & Fingerprinting required for all patient-facing positions
Temporary MN nursing license accepted if the candidate has applied for a permanent license and has the temporary license at the time of submittal

Additional Notes

RTO requests must be included at the time of submittal
Local travelers are defined as those with a permanent address within 35 miles of the facility
Dress code: Royal Blue Scrubs

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
