CT Tech
Overview
- Travel/contract CT Tech role in Orangeburg, South Carolina
- Shift: Fri-Sun, 3x12s, 6:00a-6:30p
- On-call required; rotation among staff Monday-Thursday
- No floating between service lines
- No floating to sister facilities
- First-timers accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in South Carolina
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
- SCRQSA (CT)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- IV insertion skills
- Experience with IV contrast injection
- Ability to perform biopsies
- Experience with PACS
Preferred
- None stated
Setting
- Inpatient, outpatient, ER, and scheduled interventional cases
- Weekend outpatient cases are 9a-12p
- Facility is a Level III Trauma, Acute Care Hospital
- 286 staffed beds
Additional Notes
- Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis within 60 miles
- Block scheduling may be accommodated with prior approval, but is not guaranteed
- Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Epic is the preferred charting system
- Scrub color: teal top and black bottom
