Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New York
• 2 years of experience as a CT technologist
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Heart Association
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by American Heart Association
• IV certification
• Experience with Siemens imaging equipment
• Experience with Epic

Schedule

• Shift: Day (3x12 hours), 9:00 to 19:30
• Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
• Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start, completed onsite with Occupational Health
• TB: 2-step PPD (first within 1 year, second within 3 months of start; cannot start until the second is read). Quantiferon Gold within 1 year is accepted in place of the 2-step PPD.
• Measles, mumps, rubella: 2 MMR boosters or positive titer (for candidates born in 1957 or later)
• Hepatitis B: titer, declination, or 3-dose vaccine series
• Varicella: 2 boosters or positive titer
• Flu vaccine mandatory. Exemptions (religious or medical) must be submitted before November 22, 2026. All flu shots must be obtained by December 2, 2026.
• Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training (required for RNs and LPNs only)
• Background check, including annual updates and a 7-year search
• Passport-style photo for badge
• Lift assessment (25 lb, or 10 lb depending on position), completed during Occupational Health appointment
• Facility online learning modules, due by 7:00 a.m. on the Wednesday before start
• Two professional references within 2 years of start

Restrictions

• The facility will not sign new contracts with travelers whose primary residence is in these counties: Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Albany, Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster. Extensions are reviewed case by case.
