Description
RN Cath Lab
Location: Brookfield, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 15:30, with variable shifts of 07:00-15:30, 08:00-16:30, or 08:30-17:00 as needed
Call: Based on department needs. Currently averages one weekday evening per week (17:00-07:00) and one weekend per month (17:00 Friday through 07:00 Monday). Holidays are covered by call as needed.
Float: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- Interventional Radiology experience
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Driver's License
Optional
- Unit-specific checklist: optional for onboarding, but the unit leader must upload it within one week
- Positive PPD with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire
- Legal documentation of name change
