Description

URGENT need here for a Travel Physical Therapist to come to Fort Dodge, IA!

1 year experience preferred but they will still consider less!

EMR: Epic
One day a week in Acute Care unit, the rest in OP
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Patients per day: Acute: 10-12 & OP: 8-10
