Opportunity:

IR Tech - IR Tech

Job Details:

• Perform various IR procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, embolization (UFE), IVC filter placement, and SVC repair
• Assist with line placements including PICC and various central lines
• Support CT biopsies, fistulas, needle aspirations, and shock wave lithotripsy procedures
• Participate in some vascular cases
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with strong communication skills, especially with physicians
• Maintain knowledge of aseptic technique and radiation safety protocols
• Anticipate physician needs during procedures
• 2 years of IR experience required
• Active Illinois license (IEMA) required
• Active BLS (AHA) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
• RCIS and CBT certifications highly preferred but not required
• Free parking provided on site
• Procedural scrubs provided by facility
