Opportunity:

RN - Corrections

Job Details:

• Work rotating PM/Night shifts (8-hour shifts) between 2:00 PM and 6:30 AM
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Assigned holiday coverage required
• 26-week assignment duration
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Work in Long-Term Care unit similar to nursing home environment
• Day and PM shifts: work with 1 nurse and 2 CNAs per shift
• Night shifts: work with 1 nurse and 1 CNA per shift
• Long-term care experience beneficial but not required
• Will receive orientation and training specific to correctional facility differences
• Provide nursing care in correctional healthcare setting

The facility maintains professional healthcare standards while adapting to the unique requirements of correctional medicine. The organization provides comprehensive orientation and training to help healthcare professionals transition to the specialized environment of correctional healthcare delivery.
