Opportunity:

CSFA - First Assist OR

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract length
• Orientation date of 1/5/26
• On-call and call back requirements as needed
• Float requirements to Waukesha Memorial based on census
• Required certifications: BLS, CSFA (AST or NBSTSA certified will be prioritized, not ABSA)
• Minimum experience: First Assist experience with 2-3 years in full-fledged operating room with all service lines
• Must be comfortable with emergency situations
• Unit-specific skillset includes orthopedic and laparoscopic cases
• Hospital-provided blue scrubs
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Work in collaborative partnership environment with focus on proficient and efficient care
• Must demonstrate strong work ethic, positive attitude, resilience, and ability to manage change well
