Opportunity:

RN - Peds

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week (hours not guaranteed during orientation week)
• Weekend rotation every 3rd weekend
• Holiday rotation every other holiday
• Float to NICU as needed
• No on-call requirements, but may be placed on call or cancelled when picking up extra shifts
• 14-bed unit with daily census of 3-5 patients, peak at 10
• Patient ratios range from 1:2 to 1:4 (average 1:3)
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience required, prefer 2+ years
• Required certifications: Wisconsin or Compact RN license, AHA BLS, AHA PALS
• NRP certification preferred
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required
• Professional scrubs of any color required
• Single small nose stud permitted, no other visible body piercings except ears
