Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week (13-week contract)
• Float to alike units within skillset and to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior facilities
• Work on 40-bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit with average daily census of 28 patients
• Patient ratios: maximum 5 patients on days/PM shifts (average 4), maximum 7 patients on night shifts
• Must have 2+ years of Med Surg experience and Wisconsin RN License
• Required certifications: AHA BLS
• Required education: ADN or BSN preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Professional-colored scrubs required
• Must be willing to work independently, manage change well, and collaborate effectively with team members
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• May be placed on call for low census hours
• Must reside within 50-mile radius of facility
