Opportunity:
RN - IMC
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour day/night variable shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract length with contract ending on Sunday
• Every other weekend and every other holiday requirements
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically to higher acuity units
• Can be low censused and put on call with 2-hour minimum call back
• Patient ratio of 4:1 on a fast-paced unit
• Must have 2+ years nursing experience and at least 1 prior travel experience
• Stepdown/Intermediate/PCU experience required, ICU experience preferred
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Ventilator/Trach experience required
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Care for patients with heavy telemetry, stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• Manage insulin drips and primary patients
• Scrubs of any color permitted
• Must be able to work independently, complete tasks timely, and manage change well
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Clinical interview required
