Opportunity:
RN - Rehab
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract with guaranteed 48 hours per week (overtime after 48 hours)
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Can be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour minimum call back
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license and AHA BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience in medical surgical rehab (preferred) or medical surgical background
• Inpatient hospital setting experience required (STAC)
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Rehab knowledge required for primary cases including stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients
• Work on 12-bed inpatient rehab unit with patient ratios of 1:4-1:6 for day shift and 1:8 for night shift
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Scrubs: any color allowed
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be hard worker, resilient, and manage change well with strong social skills
