Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts on intermediate care unit
• 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 4:1 patient ratio
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically higher acuity units
• Can be low censused and put on call with 2-hour minimum callback
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• Minimum 2+ years experience required with stepdown/intermediate/PCU experience mandatory
• ICU experience and Trauma Level II experience preferred
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• Ventilator/Trach experience required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Care for patients with heavy telemetry monitoring, stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• Manage primary patients and insulin drips
• Must be hard-working, resilient, able to manage change well, work independently, and complete tasks timely in fast-paced environment
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Contract ends on Sunday rather than Saturday
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy
