Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable day or night shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
• Contract ends on Sunday, not Saturday
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically to higher acuity units
• May be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum callback pay
• Patient ratio: 4:1
• Care for patients with heavy telemetry monitoring, stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleeds, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• Manage primary patients and insulin drips
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS
• 2+ years experience required with stepdown/intermediate/PCU experience mandatory
• ICU experience and Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Ventilator/Trach experience required
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Fast-paced unit requiring hard workers who are resilient and manage change well
• Must work independently and complete tasks in timely manner
