Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Must be willing to float to alike units within skillset (IMC) and to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS
• Minimum 2+ years of Med/Surg experience required, IMC experience preferred
• ADN or BSN required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Work on 40-bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit with average daily census of 28
• Patient ratios: days and PM shifts maximum 5 patients (average 4), nights maximum 7 patients
• Must demonstrate ability to manage independently and complete tasks timely
• Professional-colored scrubs required
• Contract length: 13 weeks with ASAP start date
• Must be willing to ask questions and collaborate with team members
• Positive attitude and flexibility required for constant changes during shifts
