Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 12-hour variable shifts from 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Shift rotation every week or every two weeks
• Every other weekend schedule (weekends are Friday-Sunday)
• Every other holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, with potential to float to other south region locations including Stevens Point, Plover, and Divine Savior
• No on-call or call back responsibilities
• Work on 8-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care Unit with telemetry
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Care for patients with conditions including stable sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, stroke, and primary patients requiring insulin drips
• Fast-paced unit requiring ability to manage independently and complete tasks timely
• Any color scrubs accepted
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Minimum 2+ years experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU required
• At least one completed travel contract preferred but not required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Must be hard worker, resilient, and manage change well
