Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• 12-hour variable shifts with 72 guaranteed hours biweekly
• Overtime available after 80 hours worked in the second week
• Work every other weekend and holiday
• ICU float capability preferred but not required
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from facility
• Work in 10-bed emergency department with annual volume of 11,500
• 2 RNs cover 10-bed ER with additional overlap 2-4 hours
• Trauma Level IV facility
• Required certifications: MI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS
• Minimum 2+ years emergency department experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Must be ECI Triage trained and skilled in splinting
• Scrubs of any color acceptable
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• May be placed on call for low census hours
• Call back pay available if called back to facility
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred

This hospital provides comprehensive emergency medical services with a focused 10-bed emergency department that handles a variety of medical emergencies and trauma cases. The facility operates as a Trauma Level IV center, serving the local community with dedicated emergency care and maintaining modern equipment and protocols to ensure quality patient outcomes in emergency situations.
