Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 48 guaranteed hours per week with overtime after 48 hours worked
• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date
• Every other weekend and every other holiday requirement
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Can be low censused and put on call with 2-hour minimum call back
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Patient ratios: nights 1:6-7
• Work on MAP Unit (Medical and Pediatrics) treating adult patients only
• Care for patients with respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, and infectious diseases
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS
• Minimum 2 years experience required, Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must complete clinical interview
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy
