Opportunity:
SLP - SLP
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week for 13-week contract
• Float between inpatient and outpatient care settings
• Patient ratio of 1:1 at all times
• No on-call or weekend/holiday requirements
• Work in a rural healthcare setting handling diverse cases
• Currently 2 other SLPs on the unit
• Required licenses: Wisconsin State SLP License, CCC-A or CCC-SLP
• AHA or ARC certifications required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 years of SLP experience preferred
• Must be trained in both inpatient and outpatient care
• LSVT and vocal fold treatment experience highly preferred
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• May be placed on-call during low census periods
• Call back minimum of 2 hours if called back to facility
• Must reside 50+ miles from facility
