$250 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
SLP - SLP
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Float between inpatient and outpatient care settings
• No on-call or call back requirements
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Patient ratio of 1:1 always
• Required licenses and certifications: Wisconsin State SLP License, CCC-A or CCC-SLP
• AHA or ARC certifications required
• Bachelor's degree required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Minimum 2 years of SLP experience preferred
• Must be trained in both inpatient and outpatient care
• LSVT and vocal fold treatment experience highly preferred
• Work with hospital-based inpatient and outpatient SLP services
• Join team of 2 other SLPs on the unit
• Handle diverse cases in rural healthcare setting
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• Must be 50 miles away from facility to be eligible
