Opportunity:
RN - Rehab
Job Details:
• 13-week contract position with ASAP start date
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 12-hour variable shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• May be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Patient ratio: 1:4-1:6 during days/PM, 1:8 during nights
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility location
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS
• Minimum 1 year medical surgical experience or rehab experience preferred
• Inpatient hospital setting experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Must wear mask at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination
• Required education: Associate Degree or Certificate (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
