Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in a 2-room cardiac catheterization lab (1 EP/Cath room, 1 Cath Lab)
• Participate in 24/7, 365 STEMI Program
• Handle approximately 4 cases per day
• Perform diagnostics and interventional procedures using femoral and radial approaches
• Work with IFR, FFR, and balloon pumps
• Operate balloon pumps and temporary pacers
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT or RCIS; ACLS preferred
• Work with EMR system EPIC
• Use Maclab hemodynamic system, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis med dispensing, and GE C-arms
• Float only between rooms in the department and pre-op area
• Must work well in interdisciplinary teams and maintain excellent communication skills
• Expected to teach and educate others
• Scrubs provided
• Free parking available

Facility:

This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility featuring 72 beds and serving as a Level III Trauma Center with a Level III NICU and Primary Stroke Center designation. The cardiac catheterization laboratory operates as part of a full-service cardiovascular program, supported by respiratory therapy, hospitalist services, and dedicated receptionist/HUC support. The facility maintains advanced cardiovascular technology and equipment to provide high-quality cardiac care to the community.
