Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in a 2-room cardiac catheterization laboratory with 1 EP/Cath room and 1 Cath Lab
• Handle approximately 4 cases per day on average
• Participate in 24/7, 365 STEMI Program
• Take approximately 50% call per month with multiple nights per week
• Weekend call includes entire weekend from end of Friday shift until Monday morning
• Weekday call shifts run from 5:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Holiday call coverage required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT or RCIS; ACLS preferred
• Experience with diagnostics, interventional procedures, femoral and radial approach, IFR, FFR, balloon pumps
• Work with EP procedures including pacemakers, AICS, loop recorders, diagnostic EP, right sided ablations
• Must maintain team environment and strong communication skills
• Float only between rooms within department and pre-op area
• Use EPIC EMR system, Maclab hemodynamic system, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis med dispensing
• Work with GE C-arms and contrast manifold systems
• Scrubs provided, leads available but recommended to bring own
• Free parking available

This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center featuring 72 beds and operating as a Level III Trauma Center. The facility maintains a Level III NICU and serves as a Primary Stroke Center, providing specialized cardiac and emergency services to the community. The cardiac catheterization laboratory offers both diagnostic and interventional procedures with advanced technology and equipment to support comprehensive cardiovascular care.
