Opportunity:

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:

• 13-week contract position with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 8-hour variable day shifts with no weekend or holiday requirements
• No call requirements or floating between units
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Minimum 1 year of nuclear medicine experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(N) or CNMT (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Experience with Epic and Fuji PACS or Epic and Philips iSite PACS required
• Perform general nuclear medicine studies including bone scans, renal studies, HIDA, gastric emptying, thyroid, lymphoscintigraphy, cardiac, and parathyroid procedures
• Work with Siemens Symbia Intevo Excel SPECT/CT equipment
• Scrubs must be any clean, work-appropriate color or print
• Associate degree or certificate in nuclear medicine technology required
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• May be placed on call during low census periods with minimum 2-hour callback pay
• Must comply with facility vaccination and mask policies during flu season
