RN - Home Health

Job Details:

• Work as a registered nurse in home health and hospice care setting
• Position is part of the Supportive Care Team (SCT)
• This is a shorter contract assignment
• Provide nursing care to patients in their home environment
• Focus on hospice and supportive care services
• Must maintain current RN licensure and relevant certifications
